He is a LCSW psychotherapist in a private practice in Phoenix, Arizona, Lankton conducts workshops internationally (24 countries).

Psychologist practicing in Mill Valley and author of many articles and several books integrating psychological health with spiritual growth. She has served as president of the Association for Transpersonal and Humanistic Psychology, and was formerly on the clinical faculty at the University of California, Irvine. She is currently a trustee of the Fetzer Institute, a philanthropic foundation supporting research and education in mind-body-spirit health, and core faculty for the Alaya Institute end-of-life counselor training program. She is an internationally known educator in transpersonal psychology and was a pioneer in this field.
