It’s an innovative multi-media 10-week pilot program created to give you an opportunity to learn your cycle deeply, and to have accountability and mentorship as you make a habit of charting and integrate this practice into your life. Once you learn it like this, you’ll never forget it, and it will serve you for the rest of your reproductive years. You’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.
The program involves weekly live workshops. Every one will be recorded and posted on the class website in case you miss it live. The recordings will also be there for you to review tricky and crucial sections as many times as you need to. Most of the workshops will be classes learning the essentials of Cycle Awareness Method. Every third workshop will be an opportunity for more personal attention, to review your charts, answer questions and deepen our charting and interpretation skills together. The final class will dive into modern and ancient ways to bolster your uterine and hormonal wellness.

Amber Dawn Hallet
Amber Dawn Hallet is a women’s health educator and practitioner based in beautiful Seattle, Washington. Her approach draws from the best of western science and traditional wisdom, and utilizes the latest research to provide trusty evidence-based care. She is a Certified Fertility Awareness Method Educator, Certified Reproductive Health Educator and a Certified Member of the International Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals. She is also a Professional Practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy. She has been honored to attend well over 100 births, beginning with an apprenticeship to a Mayan Midwife in Guatemala over a decade ago.
Amber strongly believes that all women deserve to have the knowledge to gauge their hormonal health, to choose when (and when not) to conceive, and to take care of their bodies. With these tools, we can take responsibility for our health, enjoy side-effect-free birth control, and conceive with confidence and ease when we’re ready. Amber adores helping women tune into the rhythms of their bodies, and is devoted to healing people and planet, one womb at a time.
